Committee  Details

The Management Committee of the RSCDS Queensland Branch Inc is elected at an Annual General Meeting held in May each year. The current committee members are:

Governance

RSCDS Queensland Branch Inc is incorporated in Queensland under the Associations Incorporation Act 1981. This entitles us to operate only in Queensland.  You will find a link to our current and former Constitutions below.

We are also registered with the ACNC as a charity established for the purpose of advancing culture. Registration with ACNC requires that our Management Committee have a Conflict of Interest Policy. 

We have been endorsed by the ATO as an income tax exempt entity and as entitled to GST concessions.  For searching on ABN Lookup our ABN is 20 745 983 504.
