Dance events

Apart from weekly classes, you can attend a variety of Scottish country dance events (such as socials, balls and special classes) throughout the year both locally and around the world. The beauty of Scottish country dancing is that because all dances are based on the same steps and formations, you can join in wherever you happen to be in the world even if you haven’t danced a particular dance before.

A fun day of dance at Maleny.

Classes in the morning and a mini social with live music by Thistle Dubh in the afternoon. Details here
